JakeW Quality Software Ltd and JakeW Consultancy Ltd have jointly developed a risk and quality oversight system to support all care settings that support people, to ensure their services maintain regulatory compliance.

This system has been developed by those with experience of working within CQC and social care settings and who understand first-hand the difficulties of managing locations and organisations, maintaining oversight, regulatory compliance and managing budgets within the ever changing and financially pressured social care sector.

Utilise well-written policies created by two ex-CQC inspectors. Allowing the opportunity to bespoke and adapt to your own setting. Policies are accessible to all staff at all times and live monitoring of when staff have read the policies is available. Policies remain under continuous review to ensure they are aligned with regulations, legislation and best practice as the world of social care continues to evolve.
Monitor staff training, competencies, supervision, performance based appraisals and staff related information in real time to ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations. The software enables staff to see their own training, supervision and staff related information to empower them to take ownership of these areas. We can tailor this part of our software to make it fully bespoke to your needs.
Staff are able to report events (incidents/accidents/safeguarding etc.) in real time – ensuring that required individuals within the service and the wider organisation are aware of events and actions taken as they happen. This includes options for managers to add private comments to records to protect privacy and settings so that information is only accessible by those with a legitimate reason to see it.
Monitor individual risk calculations for the location based on actual information and events that occur within the service. Supporting to identify trends and themes where risks may be increasing in addition to showcasing where risks have been reduced due to proactive actions taken.
The system allows for multiple alerts to be issued, in addition to secondary layer notifications. Ensuring the required members of the organisation are aware as soon as a risk or an area that requires attention is identified. Where timely action is not taken the system will notify additional organisation members to alert them that timely action needs to be taken.
The system self-generates reports, trackers, notifications and ensures whether the organisation has one service or multiple sites that information is stored on a single, easy to use platform. There is no need for additional folders, trackers or matrix to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained.
