Quality inspection in the form of a "mock" CQC inspection following the Single Assessment Framework. Following CQC internal training in addition to published guidance. Completion of a report offering an indicative rating. These can be completed both at the service or remotely
Quality Visit
Regular ongoing quality visits - useful for smaller organisations that do not have a quality lead. Completing monthly visits, compiling a report of findings and creation of an action plan and advice on how to achieve the identified actions
Remote review
Review of care plans, policies, daily records, incidents, compliance documents, personnel files, complaint responses and regulatory responses. In addition to setting and reviewing regular weekly and monthly audits and reports

Support organisations to induct new managers. Complete key areas of the planned induction to ensure new managers have the knowledge, support and understanding to thrive in their new role

Support with preparations of new managers to support them with their CQC Fit Person's Interview

Review of audits and monitoring systems that are currently being utilised by a location. Offering support to bespoke these to improve the oversight of the organisation and improve compliance
Factual Accuracy Challenge
Support with reviewing Draft CQC Report and support given to challenge where it is felt the report does not accurately reflect the inspection findings. Support with factual accuracy challenge is billed on a no-success no-fee principle.
