Jake is an experienced Adult Social Care inspector with CQC. Jake continues to support CQC as a bank inspector.  Previously to Jake being employed at CQC he has worked in both quality and operations across multiple services and service types. Been a registered manager multiple times and began his carer as a support worker.

Ese has worked in social care for 15 years with most of these years being spent working with adults with learning disabilities. Ese has management experience and is experienced in setting up and developing new services and staff teams. Ese has a BA (Hons) degree in Applied Social Care, Health and Community Studies.
