‚Both the homes manager and I put many questions to him, we were extremely impressed with Jakes responses. His understanding of the regulations is obvious given his background as a CQC inspector and the insight we gained even from that initial meeting was impressive. We of course retained his services immediately. Since that time, he has visited us on several occasions carrying out his own observations and audits and was able to pinpoint the areas where we needed to focus our attentions.
